The early years shape everything that follows, so the right start matters. At Little Gems, children from as young as four months receive far more than exceptional care. They take their first steps on a continuous educational journey that leads all the way to 11+, giving families the confidence of knowing their child can thrive within one supportive school community.

Our newly refurbished nursery has been thoughtfully designed to create calm, welcoming spaces where children feel secure, inspired and excited to learn. Using natural resources, open-ended play and child-led experiences, we encourage curiosity, creativity and independence from the very beginning.

We know family life is a balancing act. That's why Little Gems is open 50 weeks a year, with flexible opening hours to support busy families. Small group sizes and a high ratio of dedicated practitioners mean every child is truly known, valued and nurtured in a genuine home-from-home environment.

Our experienced Early Years team acts as facilitators of learning, encouraging children to explore, problem solve and build confidence through meaningful play. As they grow, children develop the social, emotional and early academic foundations that prepare them for a seamless transition into Reception at Abbotsford Prep School.
